I started writing about my evening, decided it was just dull except for the vodka. So - there was Cinammon Vodka in apple juice. It tasted like Apple Strudel.

Adam's joining me for New Year! Hurrah!

Last year we saw the fireworks from the side of Salisbury Crags. Spectacularly pretty and incredibly cold it was too. This year I want to be standing on Arthur's Seat.

The month of October was pretty much a write-off for me. I got little done, underperformed at work, lacked concentration and updated my LJ with links and tiny snippets.

The weekend at Nathan's helped an awful lot and I suddenly snapped out of it on the drive back up. I don't think my productivity has increased drastically, but my concentration span and comprehension have gone up enormously (except for one two hour patch on Tuesday when I had to read everything five times) and I now feel thoroughly more human.

Determined to generally cope better, I'm now off to bed.
