Mine too. I'm the one offering the helpful advice. And then going to a bunch of other people and saying "I've been talking to the guys who press the buttons, and they say the pattern of lights is all wrong. They've tried pressing more buttons and it's not helping. We don't know when the pattern of lights will be right again."
