Date: 2010-04-03 08:00 am (UTC)But yes, the cameras in the street view car's setup are in housings that have glass fronts, and presumably the 'upwards' camera is no exception, and so the pliers could easily have been left on that, and it be far enough away to be not entirely out of focus.
