I'm struggling here. Started dieting yesterday, but gagging on a Starbucks right now. Need some decent coffee, man! Was going to stay till 5:15 today, but that's looking unlikely.

Yeah, I was grumpy as hell for the first 2 weeks after cutting out sugar. I spent the first week after reducing fruit _craving_ pears.

I'm doing ok now, but it's still not easy.
