Bleah. Horrid font. I'm very particular about my fonts. Do all my writing in Courier New 10pt (of all things) and at work it's always verdana.

Got my handwriting made into a font once. Couldn't use that at work. :p

Oddly, the older I get, the more I find myself liking Arial and Times New Roman, the two fonts every young aesthete avoids because they're Boring.

Hahaha!

It's interesting that Comic Sans' creator Vincent Connaire also designed Trebuchet, which is a great typeface: I use it for print and web.

Interestingly, Comic Sans does have its uses: people with dyslexia often find it a lot easier to read, due to the regularity of shape.

That said, I'm trying to use Sassoon Primary as an alternative to Comic Sans - it's specifically designed to be highly readable, especially to children.
