I was amused when Julie's grandfather showed me this cool site which shows you the location of all large boats broadcasting an AIS signal - which means I can watch ships on the Forth and then look them up to see what they are - and then a few days later Jackie sent me a link to the same site because she uses it to keep track of her boyfriend when he's at sea...

And then it turns out that old friend Kirsty has a sail blog here - those of you who are old Stirling people might remember her...

(Yes, I'm going through 80-odd emails in my inbox, clearing out all the links I've sent myself over the last two weeks...)

That shipping site is going to entertain me forever.. I keep looking out for boats that called at Lundy.

I'm so glad you put when he's at sea on the end of the statement! Mind you maybe I could get something impregnated in him...

I spend hours watching the little yellow ship icon.
