Worrying what the military get up to really.

They tested loads of drugs on soldiers over the years and slowly the reports get released to public domain.
Some of the most worrying were the PCP tests they did which resulted in some very scary soldiers.

The technology they play with is worrying too, I read something years ago about a lovely strobing laser they came up with which blinded everyone within a kilometre not wearing protective glasses.

Of course I would think they still get up to this sort of thing, after all the evidence is always buried under the official secrets act.
