Firefox's history menu has a "recently closed tabs" menu on it, so I can say "Fuck! I didn't mean to close that!" and reopen them. Vital when you're as stupid as I am.

Yup. Very much in line with the reasoning behind this article:

I have found this very useful myself when my mouse has decided that it should close two or sometimes three windows with one click instead of just the one intended. I really should get a new mouse but I still wonder if it is me and not the equipment.

Thank god!

I often close things but accident!

Very cool. Do you know if Firefox has what I really want--instead of giving the choice of opening all the tabs after a session, offering me a list of the tabs so that I can find the important/unusual tabs?

Plus the handy keyboard shortcut: ctrl-shift-T (New Tab plus shift) to reopen the most recently closed tab.

I've got the option to Undo Close Tab when I rightclick on any tab - I use it all the time, because I am equally stupid. Not sure if it's a Firefox thing or an extension that lets me do that, mind you.

I thought it was part of Tab Mix Plus? Didn't know about the one in History.
