More things that annoy me.

When people friend me that have no information and no posts up. Even if the post is "This is just for reading, I won't be offended if you don't friend me back."

Because otherwise I sit there wondering if they just haven't made their first post _yet_, whether I know them or not, etc.

Generally speaking I don't care who friends me - I friend back either if I know them, or if they write things that interest me. But for some reason this particular thing irks me.

I have a few friends who just have reading journals, mostly people with a lot of friends with LJs; that was what I set mine up for in the first place.

But yeah, if it's not someone you know, or they don't say anything, it can be bloody annoying at times. Ah well.

I had a spate of Russians friending me for no reason - suspect they were just trying to improve their ratings, or even running scripts.

I'm happy for strangers to friend me - after all, we all have the option to hide our entries - but it's polite for people to at least say "hi" in the comments.
