Nope. It's blocked from hotlinking, and you can still see it because you've got it cached in your browser. Hit shift-F5 to force a reload from the server, and you should see the picture disappear.

The url is this:
http://chud.com/nextraimages/WM-Comic-Con-Poster.jpg

Clicking it won't load it. Cut and paste it into the browser, and it will load.

Alernately, you could rehost it, as I've done:

Do photobucket allow you to rehost from a URL, or do you have to download/upload?

You can give photobucket a URL to load, so you ccan take the picture right from it's current location and feed it to photobucket, but in order for photobucket to be of any use at all, it needs to keep a copy of your picture.
