I left work at 5:00, and lacking any concrete reason to be home sharpish decided to walk it. And was then home by 5:45 - which surprised me slightly, especially as I stopped in at the local shop to pick up some free range eggs.
And the walk has left me feeling quite bouncy, so I'm going to go defrost the freezer, make some food, and pack some boxes while I have the energy.

Date: 2007-01-26 10:06 am (UTC)you should try and do this three days a week. You might like to vary your route, or try walking to rather than from on alternate days. After several weeks, you should notice a difference in both physical and mental wellbeing.
