andrewduckerWent to see a flat today with Ed. We're going to move in the near future, and thought we'd take a look at a few flats to see what's out there and make sure there are places we'd actually like. It was very nice, and were my current place already under offer I'd be placing an offer on it.
In any case it's made me much less stressed about moving, as I can now see the upside, and I'm going to go get packing books into boxes at once. The plan is that as much of our stuff as we can live without will go to Hugh's place on the 23rd, and then we can tidy up the flat to some kind of neo-minimalist dream and get it on the market. Huzzah!

Date: 2007-01-12 09:31 pm (UTC)(a) we have a garage which is mostly filled with our own crap (old carpet, building rubble, garden cuttings, etc) but we have space for some of your stuff if you want.
(b) as soon as the car is back from the menders I'll be happy to help move Volvo-loads of gear from a to b.
