diotina and 0olong, Suzanne and tisme came round and watched Wit, which was rather good, and made me cry.  I _so_ want to marry Emma Thompson, sadly at least two people seem to have beaten me to it.

We followed this up with an episode of Frasier, and then broke out BrassEye, which I recently picked up for £7 from Amazon.  diotina and Suzanne hadn't seen it before, and I hadn't seen much, so we watched the Drugs episode, and the Paedophile special, and laughed all the way through it.  It stands up well, and I'm willing to bet that with the sound off the uneducated would have real problems telling it apart from an episode of CrimeWatch.

Now to bed - have to be up early to help take surliminal's cats to the vet.
