Favourite bit of badness: Keanu Reeves as Snape.  or possibly Angela Lansbury as Mcgonagall.

God that'd be SO cool. He's the witch-hunter again, sent to destroy the place where the Warlock learned his abilities from Satan (naturally Hogwarts).

And Julian Sands would so have to skin and boil the fat of one of the kids for a flying potion again. And there's a mid-air fight during Quiddich!
