T-shirt Request

I have an idea for a t-shirt.  I need a semi-competent photoshopper to give me a hand with it.  All I want is a screencapture with some text under/over it.  I don't want to spoil the surprise, but if anyone cares to volunteer then I'll happily buy them a pint...

Edit: The amazing bohemiancoast has done it for me. As soon as my next paycheque comes in, I'll be off the the local t-shirt printers with it...

You can find the picture you want on the internet, since it's on the cover of the case of it. And if you take that on CD (or actually on inlay card/cover thing) to a printing shop, they'll be able to slap the text on with it.
