The Mozilla Extension I want

I want something that tracks the words 'Next' and 'Previous' on a page and assigns them hotkeys, so that I can read webcomics without having to take my hands off the keyboard every 5 seconds.

Umm... why don't you just leave the mouse pointer in the right place? Or is that something that's only possible with laptops?

Because the next button isn't always in exactly the same place, as it reflows around things.

Not only that, but I sometimes use the mouse in between, for scrolling.
