I sent the piece I wrote at work on our new development methodology to a few people, one of whom forwarded it to our manager (with my permission) who liked it enough that she's forwarding it on to a few other people.

So I put a copy of it on my website, where you can find it under Agile Development. 

It's nice to feel appreciated for this kind of thing :->
