How odd. I got 90% on my personal one when I just retook it - and I can't work out how I voted differently.

Personally, I don't care if there's a national ID card - I'd find it very handy in some circumstances. I _do_ care under what circumstances people get to look at that information. And as the info is already there, just in multiple places (and shared) it seems intellectually dishonest to say that the ID card would make things worse - it would just clarify matters.
