Is Glasses as Piercing.

Which is pretty fucking cool - except I knock my glasses occasionally, and wouldn't that be mindsplinteringly painful?

Well. I've yanked my earrings (when I used to wear them) from time to time and they hurt a bit but you don't notice the weight after a while.

Seconded - once they've healed up, I don't think piercings generally hurt, unless you pull them hard enough to tear skin, which catching those lenses with your hand or whatever wouldn't do. And you'd heal the piercing without the glasses attached, presumably.
