Half Life 2 launches at midnight, Pacific Standard Time.

I'm _very_ tempted to get up and play it then.

Which is 8am, I think.

Although the HL countdown timer says 9 hours from now.  Which would be 7am.

But that's not official.  So it's probably 7am.

What to do?

Shouldnt you be getting up for work or something around 8 anyway? Is it the illness you mentionned in a previous post that will mean you won't be getting up that early?

Hmmm 7am... I'm *really* tempted myself :0)

That is so cool - I wish I worked somewhere with flexitime. At my place we have to be there at 9 or we (sometimes) get a proper telling off, despite many people working late we aren't allowed to come in later the following day (and we don't get paid overtime).

What is really annoying is that we were always allowed to leave work at 5 provided that we had half an hour of lunch, but a new manager said that that was unprofessional and non business like so now we have to leave at 5:30, even though my contract actually says that I can leave at 5!!! This is even more annoying because I live about an hour away from my work place :0|

Where do you work?

I think it's 7am your time. I believe we just switched to GMT+7 at the end of our DST.

Excellent. I'll book myself a week's holiday at Loganlea for around mid January, then?
