Is that where you live? There is in fact a pic from Portland, OR for almost every time in the clock. I think the site's owner spent a few months there. :)

Oh and, there are often multiple pics for each minute, they are ranked by the owner on how good he thinks they are and then put in a sort of weighted randomiser. Refresh refresh refresh.
