1) No, that's not what I would call good men. Arguing that women shouldn't be afraid of men because most are unlikely to hurt you is like arguing that you shouldn't wear a seat belt in a car because you're not likely to have a crash. I'd define a good man as one who's absolutely appalled at the behavior of most of his sex.

3) Any examples of AI screwing up customer service? That's the interesting stuff I'd like to read.
