Tired. Head Hurts. I think it's just tiredness and a little dehydration (even if I have drunk about 2.5 litres of water today), but I'm not sure.

I'm going to collapse into bed, and hopefully life will be shinier tomorrow.

I need to dilute it with something. I can't drink water by itself. I mostly drink Robinson's Apple & Blackcurrant (no added sugar variety).
