Oh yes, they are also doing terrible things.

Seems odd that developers, the people actually putting large money on the line, wouldn't be somewhat clued in to demand forecasts.

Depends on whether they think they can offload the buildings to a management company before the management company decide they don't want them.

And I do think that new student accommodation should be built such that it can be easily converted to non-student accommodation if necessary.

But generally there is currently a massive shortage.

Naturally, my attention goes to the Jaws Shark Painting...and yeah, I think a lot of people will accept that Kastel was ripped off and that we want to know if that original painting for the poster still exists and if so, where is it?

2) Spotify, DeviantArt, Artstation, etc. are also filled with AI slop to the point that some sites have become unusable if you're looking for non AI work. I honestly have no idea if AI music, art, etc. is something that is sought out by real users, or if most are fed up with coming across it when they don't want to. I know I am. I hope that'll mean that smaller, alternative apps with no AI policies and some kind of moderation will get some popularity in the future, but I'm afraid it's too late not to have this slop everywhere.
