The headline for 5 feels clickbaity because she is not saying a whole lot.

I agree! The headline made it look as if she was going to come forward as another victim, and in fact she did exactly the opposite. Clickbait of magnitudinous proportions.

6) So what form of PR is being offered in this bill? Olney in her speech called it the single transferable vote. STV is specifically the name of the system used in the Republic of Ireland, for electing multiple members from a constituency. But Olney also talked about preserving the link between constituencies and members, which in the UK is one each; and her description of how the system would work sounds more like AV, which 1) is the system rejected in that infamous referendum back in Cameron-Clegg coalition days; 2) would do a very poor job at actually delivering PR, i.e. making representation roughly match overall voting.

A 10 minute bill doesn't tend to have much detail. This one is basically just saying "We should bring in a bill to do PR" but leaving all detail up to subsequent parts of the process to nail down.
