Oh, goody! When I was a little older than he is I got soap in my eyes and didn't open them for two days, so let's hope you dodge that bullet.

(Up until I was eleven or so I wouldn't wash my hair without help, because I had to hold several washcloths over my eyes to keep soap from getting in. My family all endured this utterly without complaint, probably because they didn't want a repeat of Shampoogate '87.)

He does, indeed, hold the towel over his face while I wash his hair. But I'm perfectly happy with that for now!

Scrolling down I just saw the white, frosted hair, and my brain thought it was this classic image of Jack Nicholson from The Shining.

Then kept scrolling and was like oh, that's not a creepy frozen Jack Nicholson!
