Is that why Natalie Elphicke is prepared to join Labour, and why Starmer accepted her ?

Not sure whether the jouralist or Starmer was being sloppy:

But asked what would happen to any people deported to Rwanda in the coming months, he said Labour was “not interested in repatriating people”.

... which is "repatriation" isn't it ?

Yeah, I'm not convinced that either Starmer or the press are interested in nailing that down very specifically.
