Okay, the Lure looks exactly like the kind of movie I love. I wonder where one finds Polish horror from 2017…

So, we got 32 people off the streets, one way or another.

£10M buys 56 people’s worth of flats, if we can stop hand-wringing about whether people deserve flats and whether councils should own property for a few minutes. Just sayin’.

I agree. And we need sufficient council housing.

But we also need to supply these people with other help, I suspect.

(And I suspect that that £10m got more than 32 people off the streets, assuming a fair bit of turnover over the last few years)

I think the most telling comment is "I think there is just not enough social housing to be able to move people on," Ms Johnson says. "Social housing has to become a priority for whoever's going to be in government."
