£10M buys 56 people’s worth of flats, if we can stop hand-wringing about whether people deserve flats and whether councils should own property for a few minutes. Just sayin’.

(And I suspect that that £10m got more than 32 people off the streets, assuming a fair bit of turnover over the last few years)
