My problem with this approach is that it validates and perpetuates our continuing inequality. Every displaced worker should benefit economically from automation. That they don't is not a critique of automation but of wealth distribution. When people don't have to worry about food and shelter, they do actually find useful things to do with their time. When I worked at the local Animal Humane Society, more hours were worked by volunteers than by paid staff. People are constructive and helpful when given the opportunity. "Hunger Games" capitalism will never provide that opportunity.

3. A lot of bad Ship of Theseus reviews are unintentionally hilarious, but I think this particular one is intentionally hilarious. The cumin would be a dead giveaway, even if the writer hadn't explicitly said they expected a tortilla to absorb liquid like other bread because it always had before.
