Hard boiled yolk isn't my fave, but I'll eat it. Totally liquid is my favourite state. But my liking covers all states.

Date: 2022-03-30 07:39 am (UTC)I'm fine with scrambled eggs that have yolks, although not if they're creamy or contain milk (I'm a rubbery eggs fan). But I much prefer egg whites because they taste more "clear" and less gamey, if that makes sense. Occasionally I like eggs over easy because liquid yolk comes across like more of a sauce than a meat, but I would always rather have scrambled over fried.
Boiled egg yolk is the worst of all because the texture is foul.
