Turns out the reason I need to Jane on walks with me is so I don't go
"I wonder what's just over there", find the steepest part of Blackford
Hill and then walk a 2 year old up it on icy grass.
(It was literally too steep to carry her, and the path behind us to
the start of the slope was frozen mud.)
