As an alumna of Dundee you won't hear me arguing with that one. :o)

Trouble is that I'm married to a St Andrews product, so I get teased!

For weight loss, "keto" works when it works by reducing calories ingested to a level lower than calories expended, just like every other diet that works to reduce your weight. Exercise will improve your muscle tone and your cardiovascular health, and generally make you feel a lot better and be healthier overall, and is therefore something that we should all do anyway, but it won't make you lose weight if you are still eating more than you exercise away.

From the general health point of view, the sleep connection is new and interesting, but it is not surprising that what one eats would affect one's health both in general and, often, as in this chap's case, in specific.
