Thanks for the saturated fat link. I got told to try to reduce my cholesterol levels, but thankfully the suggested diet changes are ones I'm happy to give a go. The article section about "regular brisk walking" counteracting insulin resistance in fat people is especially cheering, because I already do that a lot, go me!

I am pleased they got people vaccinated.

But I feel like I want to know more about the background. Who supplied the vaccines -- were other people denied, or were there plenty? Is the problem travel, would just offering a ride without threats of force have sufficed?
