A twenty percent boost in absorbing sunlight is not trivial if the capital costs of the kit remain about the same.

After going off them a bit for while I find myself back to being quite keen on concentrating solar receivers because of the internal storage and the ability to extend solar power out in to the evening and to smooth some of the daytime peaks and troughs.

"The ‘Last Hurrah Caucus’ Now Has The Power To Kill Trump’s Agenda In The Senate"

But despite these citations of where they disagree with the agenda, they won't kill it. They haven't been killing it. Even since their declarations of independence (which they couple with running away from standing for re-election).

Forget What Corker and Flake Say. Look at Their Destructive 90% Pro-Trump Voting Records - A couple of days ago, all three of them voted to kill the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's ban on "rip off clauses," which went to Pence for the deciding vote. Any one of them could've killed it.

They may not like the President, but they're happy to support his agenda.

Against Rat Park

I'm uncertain whether the rat park study is accurate or not, but I'm not more certain after reading Scott Alexander's piece of trash. He's mostly very good at writing about medical issues (as opposed to other issues, where he's a fairly typical Less Wrong crank), but dear gods, anecdotes about Ogedei Khan and stats about Native American alchoholism in an era when we know even unconquered populations were dying in massive numbers from European diseases. This sort of dubious "anecdata" is one of the primary reasons that I think most evo psych (especially that done by strong proponents of evo psych) is junk science.
