Date: 2016-07-05 01:40 pm (UTC)Yes, it's guilt by association, but it's unlike, say, Farron, who had taken interns from them, when he found out what they were about he distanced himself thoroughly and apologised for any implications, insisting he didn't know what the organisation was about.
I find it hard to believe someone interned for an organisation, has maintained close links and is a senior politician isn't aware of what the organisation is about.
That I still consider him the least awful of the candidates for Tory leadership says a lot about how far they've dug themselves into a pit.
