It's like the Tivo I have, only you can watch & record, play MP3s and display photos.

I need this.

Panasonic and at least one other company who I forget have announced they're doing TiVO/DVD player/recorders. Something I'm very looking forward to.

I really want one that links in to Telewest, so that it constantly stays up to date with the guide data.

No clue. I just saw the product announced. I'd guess it would work anyplace a TiVo works, since its really just a TiVo with a dvd player/burner hooked to the IDE bus (Hmm ... that would limit things to only one hard drive. They'd better put in the hacks to allow bigger than 120 gig drives).

To be honest, if you have 120Gig of TV, you have too much TV.....

And I think that Tivos are localised. You can't use US Tivos in the UK, sadly.

... not to be confused with the PS-X (old grey PlayStation), is supposed to be a Tivo-like machine that will play and record DVDRs, MP3s, and ... PlayStation2 games. At least that's what Sony said at E3.
