I have a question about Christmas Light and Music Extravaganzas

When it comes to things like this:

Do they also have big speakers with which to annoy everyone in a five-block radius?

Or are you just supposed to guess what music is going on with the dancing lights?

They have enormous loudspeakers and the music can be heard in a large area. However, noise ordinances give hours this can be done. In the case of the light display above, the homeowner only runs lights/music for an hour [8pm to 9pm] and his neighbors are not annoyed by it becuase:
of the 1 hour only play-time &
because it attracts donations that are given to a local charity his neighbors also support.

I've also heard of low-power radio broadcast and a notice of where to tune to.
