Date: 2014-09-02 05:30 pm (UTC)Yesterday, for the first time, I used my eticketing app to buy a day pas for First West Yorkshire on my phone. Bit of a faff to setup, but a day pass that displays on my phone screen is a wonderful thing, in theory, even if I worry about it in practice (getting home on 10% battery is fine, getting to the busstop on less than that and needing it is not fine).
What is the point of a top up card that only lets you top up at certain annoying points and doesn't have a daily cap? Weird.
