1) They've decided that you won't be forced to switch to the new friends page.

2) They'd like some advice from you on how to make the site better.

I don't know why we're having signs of the apocalypse, but I'm not going to complain!

I also suggest that you follow both of those communities, because interesting LJ-related stuff happens on both of them.

SUP merged with a different Russian company, and they appointed a new CEO of LJ with the old head now being senior in the merged parent company. New CEO of LJ is a formed senior Google staffer who's been quoted in a few places in a way that it appears she actually gets it. I posted about it, but only to no_lj_ads and forgot to crosspost.

Given that they took the code proprietary after the new CEO took over, I'm not at all sure that Clue will be much in evidence...
