That "five types of depression" thing looks suspiciously unsubstantiated - for a big claim like they're making, I'd want an actual peer-reviewed paper with the methodology and results well-described. Though the first author did publish a self-help book called Nutrient Power: Heal Your Biochemistry and Heal Your Brain.

Oh, after the comments in Nancy's journal, I went looking at his website. I couldn't find anything on previous research, but: that Ph.D. and "Dr. Walsh" that are all over everything? It's a degree in chemical engineering. So a real credential, but as irrelevant to nutrition and depression as someone's time in a marathon would be.
