Yahoo censors pro-gay Dilbert strip

Compare the Dilbert site with Yahoo's version. One wonders what the person at Yahoo who decided to censor this was thinking. Were they not expecting the, undoubtedly imminent, backlash?

Huh. The lettering is thinner and the copyright date looks like 1995.

Yes, it's definitely a re-run of a 1995 strip.

Thanks. I started checking copyright years when I noticed the occasional Doonesbury rerun, but the print is pretty small; sourcing back to actual date is above and beyond.

This may be a regional thing? I'm in the US, and I see the same strip (Asok the Intern Is Now Gay) on both linked pages.
