The Church/D&D one is funny, but doesn't really work IMO - it's not as if male/female roleplayers who have sex are safe from conceiving simply because they are roleplayers.

That said, sex is also an area where D&D magic doesn't really have much to say - you'd think clerics would have spells to protect a foetus, abort a foetus and so on.

RQ has (or had) the likes of couvade and erotocomatose lucidity.
