It was quite warm and fairly still when I left to go to work, and a bit rainy but not very breezy when I came home. For all I know, these tales of high winds are an elaborate hoax being played on me Truman Show style.

Wow. We had a major windstorm in Portland a bit more than a decade ago, but it wasn't that bad.
