Date: 2011-12-20 07:10 pm (UTC)This is one of the things that makes me glad the real food/paleo trends is catching on, despite some issues I have with the communities-the fringe having this habit of attracting the fringe, and etc. There is a priority on food quality around a year before conception instead of obsessively counting calories.
