So, I was off work yesterday and today.

I seem to feel fine when I'm sitting still, but standing up for more than a minute or so leads to dizziness, and more than three minutes leads to hot and cold sweats and shivering.

Any ideas?

I had weird dizzy spells etc when I had pneumonia.
Might actually be something that requires antibiotics - have you seen a GP?

Not yet. So far I've only felt rubbish if I stand up for long periods, and I was hoping it would pass after 36 hours.

I'll go see one tomorrow if it hasn't.
