I seem to be watching The Royal Wedding.

We bought Buck's Fizz and cake on the way over and everything.

I did not expect this.

Have you thought of all the advantages of self-inflicted blindness. Or a paper bag over your face? If there was cake I think I'd just take a deep breath, head into it face down and hope the whole thing was over by the time I'd eaten my way out. :-)

I think it's quite proper & acceptible to watch this royal wedding, from the Galactic Observer viewpoint -- if I had a TV I'd have done so, even though I'm only (approximately) 7,962,748th in line for succession to the British Throne.
After all, I'm conventional/conservative enough to think that it's swell for young people to Make It Legal.
