I'm seeing a lot of spin about the Times paywall experiment. Generally the figures don't seem to have taken into account that the vast majority of the subscribers are taking advantage of some special one-off membership offers. So they are paying less than the calculations suggest, and they're likely to only be there for the duration of the special offer...

Still. I'm very surprised they got as many as they did.
