Every time I read the word coffee shop I have to remind myself that it's a different thing from what we have as a coffee shop over here. The one real coffee shop we have is rather referred to as an espresso bar because of it.

That IB thing is a classic. Must find a way to feed it in to my next presentation about the Perils Of T3h Internets For Educators - nice setup about a serious problem an exam board had with essays that had been cobbled together by cut-and-paste from the web without attribution ... and then the punchline that it was the model answers.

Couple that with the one from yesterday about journalists, and it's clear that people just don't realise that Wikipedia is a good starting place for research, but it is just not fucking reliable.
