Yup. Was less impressed than most people. Must write up why when I have a mo. Still liked it, but felt it was flawed.

That's fair! I was just thinking in terms of dangerous ideas.

Well, when we get to the stage where people are regularly being kidnapped and having ideas implanted directly into their dreams then we can deal with that as a problem. As it is, I agree that advertising, marketing, etc. can be pernicious, but I'd say that they were less pernicious than banning free speech.

Well, if subliminal advertising worked, I'd want that banned. It's when you cross over from "telling people things" to "mind control" that I get worried :->
