Yeah, this. I think it's that I'll never be the best composer the world, ever, however much work I put in, but it's probable (I don't know for sure) that if I devoted myself to trying, I could compose music, as opposed to not being able to do so at all.

So, literally, "yes, there are things I can't do", but I think the spirit of the question is that "I can learn anything eventually, given the opportunity". And specifically, I have a reasonably large emotional commitment to believing that, true or not, because I think it helps me achieve things I CAN achieve through hard work, whether or not some things might always be out of reach.
